Arab youths Raied from Libya and Anis from Algeria were ejected from climate conference for holding up a banner that asked Qatar to take a lead on reducing emissions of greenhouse gases.

The Earth Journalism Network frequently organizes Fellowships for journalists eager to report from major environmental summits. Over the last few years, we have provided travel grants, capacity-building and reporting opportunities for roughly 150 journalists at the World Conservation Congress, the World Water Forum, and along with our partners in the Climate Change Media Partnership the Bali, Poznan and Copenhagen Climate Summits.
