I am a journalist with over 20 years of experience, my main focuses are human rights, society, diversity, environment, climate change and science. I am also a science communicator since 2004. I work in the Bulgarian National radio.

My latest completed trainings:

  • Training program “Reporting on the European Forum Alpbach”- by Thomson Reuters Foundation and European Forum Alpbach – August - Sept. 2020
  • “Professional journalism training“- European Forum Alpbach – by Thomson Reuters Foundation, NED and EFA – August 2019
  • Media, minorities and migration media program on effective reporting on development – Feb-April 2019 – by Minority Rights Group International (MRGI) followed by field visit to Spain and Morocco in July 2019

Some of my awards are:

  • The 2019 journalistic award of the Bulgarian Platform for International Development which honors journalists for their contribution to the coverage of the philosophy, principles and instruments of the European Development Policy
  • Award for Journalist professionalism in covering educational activities and scientific achievements - Technical University-Bulgaria – 2015
  • Silver Medal winner: 21-st Radio Grand Prix International Contest of URTI (URTI-Union Radiophonique et Télévisuelle Internationale) - Paris, France – 2009. The competition gathered 48 programmes from 29 countries
