Agnes Lydia Oloo is a multimedia journalist from Nairobi, Kenya. She is passionate about the environment, climate change and human rights. She holds diplomas in TV/film production and broadcast journalism. She also holds Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism and Mass Communication (Development Communication Specialty) from the University of Nairobi, Kenya.

She is a professional videographer and a professional environment, conservation and climate change features reporter at Citizen Television Kenya. She is able to pivot quickly to different situations - she does videography and sometimes doubles up as a reporter, or just a reporter, meaning she captures videos to tell stories and at other times, tells stories with the videos she captures. She writes for Citizen Digital, an online platform which is related to Citizen TV under Royal Media Services Umbrella. She is also a features reporter with Citizen Radio, which is a National Broadcaster and a sister station to Citizen TV, and Citizen Digital.

In the course of her career, she has changed lives for the better and as a result, received recognition by the Media Council of Kenya. She was also crowned as African Continent Climate Change Best Reporter, alongside another journalist. In June 2022 in Kigali Rwanda, she was feted as the overall winner of the 2022 African Climate Change, Environment Reporting (ACCER) Award. Agnes enjoys traversing the globe while telling impactful stories.
