Dounard Bondo is freelance journalist based in Liberia. His writings have focused on a range of topics including human rights, politics, policies, law etc. He currently has bylines in a number of publications including BBC, Euronews, Quartz Africa, the Africa Report, and many others. 

Dounard graduated from Swansea University, United Kingdom, with a Master of Law in international maritime law. He is currently doing another degree in Law at the Louis Arthur Grimes school of law in Liberia.
