Biography

Karlston Lapniten is a multimedia journalist based in the Cordillera region in the Philippines. He has a decade of journalism experience covering all aspects of community life in the Cordillera which is predominantly home to over a dozen ethnic minority groups. He currently writes for the Philippine Daily Inquirer, Mongabay, and regional weekly newspapers.
