Luke Duggleby is an award-winning freelance documentary and portrait photographer who has been based in Bangkok, Thailand, for over 15 years. Working for a range of global media and NGO’s he also allocates a significant amount of time to personal work which focus predominantly on issues related to human rights defenders and environmental justice particularly at a grassroots community level. His recent environmental coverage funded by EJN have included coverage of the issues facing the Mekong Delta in Vietnam, the dengue fever outbreaks that have plagued SE Asia and a community struggling for 3 decades to receive compensation for a dam that flooded their land in NE Thailand.
