Mahima is based in Bengaluru, Karnataka and Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu, and reports from across India. She also has reported from Croatia, Slovenia, the UK, France, Germany, Vietnam and Sri Lanka, among other countries.
In India, she previously held editorial positions at The Hindu Group and the Indian Institute for Human Settlements. She has also been an editor of the London School of Economics' South Asia blog in the UK.
