Paul Omorogbe writes for Nigeria's oldest surviving independent newspaper, Nigerian Tribune, based in Ibadan, Nigeria.
He started out as a business reporter and later worked as a technology writer, features writer and online news editor. In fulfilling these roles, he has covered numerous national and international events in the United Kingdom, South Africa and Egypt.
Five years ago, he took up the role of environment/climate change editor at the Nigerian Tribune. Along with his focus on climate change and other environmental issues, he has a special interest in renewable energy, green transportation and data. He is a Thomson Reuters fellow.
