The IPCC report: The latest science on climate change and its implications for the planet

The Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change is currently completing its Sixth Assessment (AR6). The first part, the Working Group I report, is now live. It explores the physical science underpinning past, present and future climate change, with a new focus on providing regional data. The report will have major implications for policy across the globe, as nations will use it to negotiate at COP26 this November. How can journalists effectively cover its findings for their communities?
