Cambodia Makes Seven Commitments in Curbing Climate Change at COP28 in Dubai
Cambodia has outlined seven commitments to contributing to climate change mitigation during their conference address at the 28th Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (COP28) held in Dubai, The United Arab Emirates. Mr. Heng Kimhong, Head of Research and Advocacy Programme of the Cambodian Youth Network Association, applauded the commitments, but said the government must take more important steps to ensure these commitments can be achieved.
