In the absence of official information, negotiators and civil society released the first draft of the text that will bring together the contributions to define - among other issues - a new climate finance model. The group known as the G-77, which groups developing countries in the southern hemisphere together with China, is proposing USD 1,300 billion. Latin America continues to have little presence in the debate.
