The curtains have fallen on the first week of the Conference of the Parties on biodiversity COP 16, named by the host country, "Copa del pueblo". As a new day dawns under the sky of Cali in Colombia, with the start of the high-level segment where many Presidents of the Republic and Ministers of the Environment or Ecology are expected, depending on the name adopted by the countries, concerns are perceptible about the expected results. The negotiations are stumbling!
