Biography

Jeremias Chemane is a young communicator and journalist with more than eight years of experience in the media field in Mozambique. He started his journey at the Mozambique News Agency (AIM), between 2013 and 2016, where besides being a reporter, he also worked as a designer. He joined Radio Mozambique in 2016, where he also works as a journalist. Although he joined Radio Mozambique, he continues to collaborate as a freelancer at AIM. Throughout his career, he has developed journalistic skills in the areas of society, culture, environment, research and finance. He was privileged to be one of the few African journalists trained by the Thomson Reuters Foundation in matters of illicit financial flows. He continues to learn and improve his journalistic skills, believing that his contribution makes a difference in his country in particular and in Africa in general.
