Francesco De Augustinis is a freelance journalist and documentarist with 10 years experience reporting on food and environmental issues. He works with different media outlets such as Mongabay, The Guardian, Corriere della Sera, EuObserver, Repubblica, The Huffington Post, and The Ferret.

In 2019, he founded the independent media project One Earth DOC (www.one-earth.it/en).
